LYNN HAVEN, Fla. (WMBB) — Grease Pro workers claimed they’re thankful to be risk-free, after Saturday’s intense weather conditions manufactured a probable twister in Lynn Haven which ripped by means of the business enterprise.
All over 9 a.m. on Saturday morning, inhabitants filmed a cellphone movie of a doable tornado rolling down Hwy 390 around Ga Avenue. The sturdy winds knocked down trees and even flipped a semi-truck on Hwy 77.
Nearby, staff members at Grease Professional around East 14th Street in Lynn Haven had been doing work in the garage, when they recognized a sudden shift in the wind.
“We began viewing debris traveling in a circular pattern,” explained worker Ronald Johnson. “The wind started to establish a twister in this place.”
Retailer Manager, Kenneth Loaded, reported he acted rapidly, seeing the funnel cloud in the distance and purchasing those inside the creating to get to protection.
“A customer was sort of frightened for a moment,” Loaded explained. “We experienced to enable him know, ‘hey shift, we have to get to the pit now.’”

“You just hear the howling of the wind, the steel bending, the wooden cracking,” Johnson said. “It was very frightening.”

“Basically the whole roof [was] lifted up, turned sideways and then fell back again down,” Johnson said. “Pretty bad injury, surely likely to get a rework.”
The roof collapsed, garage doors fell in, and particles from the building and other surrounding homes was splayed by means of neighboring yards and streets. Loaded claimed it was a frightening knowledge, but he’s just glad all people is harmless.
“Grease Professional is a pretty good corporation, they’ll just rebuild and keep going,” he claimed. “I’m not as a lot anxious about the setting up as I was the buyer and my staff.”
