Samantha Rex calls her picturesque Pocono home something out of the classic flick, “Dirty Dancing.”

“It’s in gated community termed ‘The Hideout.’ It reminds me of the film simply because in it they go to this resort, and it also has this nostalgic allure,” she mentioned. “There’s a huge lake, tennis courts, a pool, a tiki bar. The area in by itself is astounding. I get jealous of my company, actually.”

Rex and her husband, Dane, are superhosts of the “Midcentury A Frame,” a cabin in Hamlin and one of Airbnb’s most well-known Pocono rentals.

This Hamlin cabin in the Poconos is a popular Airbnb rental.

The pair live in New York Metropolis, but just bought a next house in the area after the surge in sales of their cozy hideaway.

Airbnb rentals have skyrocketed considering that the pandemic, according to a January report, and hosts in the Pocono region earned an estimated $7 million.

It’s a trend Airbnb expects to continue.
