This isn’t Christina Haack’s first post-divorce real estate glow-up.
The HGTV real estate investor doubled her real estate assets this year after splitting from her second husband, 42-year-old “Wheelers Dealers” presenter Ant Anstead.
Her new Tennessee and California mansions are worth a combined $13.5 million — lavish, compared to the $5.4 million she shared with Anstead and their almost 2-year-old son Hudson London.
But that $5.4 million house she shared with Anstead was itself one of her post-divorce revenge mansions: Haack and her first ex-husband, “Flip or Flop” co-star Tarek El Moussa, started with a house that sold for $2.9 million in 2018 amid their divorce.
Haack, whose net worth is unknown, still works with El Moussa on their HGTV show “Flip or Flop,” where they buy, renovate and sell houses, none of which are included in this list — only her actual residences. The pair have a 5-year-old son, Brayden, and 10-year-old daughter, Taylor. El Moussa is remarried to “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae Young.
The 38-year-old “Christina on the Coast” star is also trying new things post-breakup — like hallucinogenic toad venom and her new boyfriend Joshua Hall, a real estate agent with whom she sparked engagement rumors in August. Meanwhile, Anstead is dating Renée Zellweger.
Christina is really ‘on the Coast’
Dana Point, Calif. | $10.3 million
Haack purchased this 6,000-square-foot mansion two weeks after she finalized her divorce with Anstead. It has five bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms.
The home has coffered ceilings and an open floor plan with an expansive great room, a formal dining room and a chef’s kitchen. Amenities include an office, a carpeted dual-level movie theater and a billiards room.
The quarter-acre lot overlooks the Pacific Ocean and offers a pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating and dining areas. The rooftop deck has a large fireplace and additional seating and dining areas.
Country home with a chicken coop
Nashville area, Tenn. | $2.5 million
Haack also purchased a nearly 24-acre home near Nashville for $2.5 million in February, which she plans to use as a vacation home.
The 5,000-square-foot house was featured on “Christina on the Coast” on September 2. It has a trampoline and a chicken coop.
“We technically just got the keys, but I already feel so at home,” she said on the show, showing off her new digs.
Anstead residence & wedding venue
Newport Beach, Calif. | $5.4 million
She and Anstead purchased this house for $4.1 million in June 2018 and hosted their December 2018 wedding there.
Following their split in September 2020, Haack continued to live there until they listed it for $6 million in April. It sold for $5.35 million in June.
The 4,804 square feet, five-bedroom, five-bathroom Hamptons-style home had a commercial-grade kitchen, 20-foot ceilings, a pool, spa and water slide.
El Moussa residence
Yorba Linda, Calif. | $2.9 million
Haack and “Flip or Flop” co-star El Moussa shared a Mediterranean-style SoCal house during their marriage.
They bought the 5,366-square-foot, five-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom pad for $2 million in 2013 and spent $1.5 million in renovations.
They sold it for $2.925 million in May 2018 after they split, losing over half a million dollars on the flip.
It has a grand entry, a Carrara marble kitchen and a guest apartment. The backyard has an 800-square-foot oasis with a kitchen, barbecue, fire pit, putting green and grotto pool, Page Six previously reported.
